UK Special Forces Fan Dance

Adam Potter ex Royal Engineer will be taking on a huge Challenge on Saturday the 16th of July 2011 where he will take part in the UK Special Forces Fan Dance to raise funds for Veterans In Action.

The UK Special Forces famous Fan-Dance which is held twice a year on UKSF Selections and is held on the second day of the Hill phase and consists of 22km over Pen-Y-Fan down to the Roman road, into the Forest walks and back again.

Adam will be carrying a 40lb Bergan plus water on the challenge. The UKSF event normally has the following equipment, 40 lb Bergan, weapon and belt kit. Water is extra and not weighed. The UKSF event will only ever be done with a 40lb Bergan and Boots. The time limit for the day is 4 hrs.

Veterans In Action wishes Adam all the best with this huge personal challenge and will be there to support him on the day.
